Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

In order to contract with belisands.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. belisands.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be belisands.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party ,belisands.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

(a) Placing order : 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Every product is shown including tax. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment.

We use DHL as our transport partner.Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'. 



Payment method:

Our partners ,Klarna Checkout makes shopping experience easy, flexible and safe online.By answering a few questions you can confirm your identity . Then you confirm the purchases and choose the payment method  best suitable for you. The options available are Klarna invoice , Klarna account , Bank card or bank transfer. Payment terms are mentioned at the cash counter too,under respective payment options.


Unclaimed packages: Once we despcatch your purchase,You will be informed by email or sms requesting you to collect the package from your nearest DHL service point. If you fail to collect the package with in 14 days ,it will be returned to Beli Sands. You will be debitted for the return transport charges.


Return Policy

You have the right to cancel you order for any given reason within 14 days of receipt. The purchased product must be unused and returned in its original condition. The product must be clean and returned in its original package and tags. Return the item with the receipt with a statement on the reason for returning. You send the package to the following address:

The order will be fully refunded when the returned items have been approved by belisands. We will issue a refund based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. The cost of returning the item/items is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges
You have the right to exchange any unused item within 30 days if it is in its original condition. The right for exchange is applicable when you want to change for a different size or colour. Please contact our customer service by e-mail: info@belisands.com  for help and guidance. The cost of returning the product is the customer’s responsibility.


Damages:
You have the right to return a damaged item within 30 days of receipt. If its damaged during the transport & you notice it during delivery of the package ,we suggest you inform the concerned dhl pick up service point immediately and take the photograph of package and send it to us .Please contact our customer service quoting your invoice number, name and address and with details of the product, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. Our customer service will advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Privacy Policy

When ordering a product/service you will be asked to fill in you personal information. Upon purchase you agree to this information is stored in accordance with belisand's privacy policy in order to fulfill our agreement to you as our customer. In accordance to the Swedish law of Personuppgiftslagen (198:204) you have the right to know the information belisands.com have registered about your person. If the information is erroneous, incomplete or irrelevant, you may ask to have your information corrected and/or removed. If this is the case please contact us by e-mail.

Force Majeure

belisands.com, is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labour conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements' obligations.
